A relaxed experience awaits here in South Walton. Miles of paths meander through pine forests, teeming with local wildlife, lined with indigenous scrub and loblolly pines. A 17 mile path follows along Scenic Highway 30-A and is as perfectly suited for that solo morning run as it is for the extended family bike trip. From Rosemary to Dune Allen, South Walton is a unique location comprised of new urbanist communities like Seaside and rare coastal dune lakes, found only here and along the west coast of Africa. The rental mix here holds more single family rental homes than condominiums. These homes are richly appointed and often interconnected to the beach by serene walking paths. Brick paved streets, lined with picket fences lead to great common areas where there is almost always performance art, outdoor movies, and concerts.
