Tucked in an intimate gated community just south of Scenic Highway 30A in South Walton sits a charming four story beach house. Big Easy offers outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico, which sits under a minutes’ walk away and a large 24x12 private pool that can be heated seasonally. Enjoy a oversized open floor plan that is ideal for entertaining as well as five rooms to choose from for privacy. The Big Easy also features an observation deck, perfect for catching sunsets in the evening. Located in Seacrest Beach, both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are a short walk away and host a selection of fine dining, upscale boutiques, and entertainment.
First Floor: Queen Bedroom, 20" TV's, full shared bath. Additional Queen Bedroom that exits to pool deck. 2 twin bunks, 17" TV, and full hall bathroom. Washer and Dryer in the laundry room.
Second Floor: Living room, 27"TV, DVD, full hall bath. Dining Area and Kitchen. Ocean and pool view from porch. Queen, 17" TV, VCR, pool view, shares living room bath
Third Floor: King Master Bedroom, 25"TV, DVD, Queen Sleeper, full bathroom, porch, View
Fourth Floor: Outside covered seating area about 12'x12' with table and 4 seats, great views of the beach and most of Seacrest Beach!
