Bluetopia

Bluetopia is a Seacrest Beach favorite, where you’ll enjoy wraparound porches and balconies galore, well-appointed rooms and “no shoes required!" Its address on Barefoot Lane is most appropriate…with sleeping for twelve (with sleeper sofas) you can accommodate a large group of friends, family, and even your dog. A mix of hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms “up” the comfort factor, and the tower room is an extra added attraction. A pack-n-play and a high chair are provided in the home for added convienence. There’s a lot going on in Seacrest Beach, a part of the Beaches of South Walton: the oversized pool (less than a 2 minute walk away), shops and restaurants abound, golf is nearby and then there’s the glorious beach (less than a 7 minute walk). The Seacrest tram is at your disposal for easy trips back and forth. Come and enjoy it all!

First Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, queen bedroom, full hall bath, and laundry room.

Second floor: King master bedroom and full bath, king bedroom with two twin beds, and full hall bath.

Third Floor: Tower room with sleeper sofa.
