It’s Endless Summer, and you’re invited…to a cheerful private vacation home with a guest apartment, private pool (15x10) and tram service to and from the beach (less than a 8 minute walk) and the massive Seacrest community pool (less than a 4 minute walk). Enjoy being in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood and the Beaches of South Walton, sit a spell on the front porch or enjoy the upper level screened-in porches. Two sets of French doors open from both the main house and apartment toward your private pool, and the well-appointed house offers you all the conveniences you’d ever want, including surround sound system.
First Floor: Living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, full bath, and laundry room.
Second Floor: King bedroom with queen sleeper sofa and full bath, and king bedroom with full bath.
Third Floor: Twin bunk room with full bath and a view of Seacrest Beach.
Apartment: Sitting room with twin sleeper sofa, kitchenette, queen bedroom, and full bath.
Beach tram available seasonally (March-September)
