New in summer of 2011! This 3200 square foot home has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico from four floors; coastline views to the east and west are incredible. Expect “Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses” as the home’s welcoming beach sign proclaims!
Truly luxurious, Five Star features gorgeous tile and hardwood floors, top of the line furnishings, balconies on all floors, private steps to the beach and a secluded location. The living room and all of the bedrooms face the water; the upscale kitchen encourages at least a bit of gourmet cooking, with perhaps a few Apalachicola oysters for starters? (You can see almost to Apalachicola down the eastern coast.) Sophisticated and tastefully furnished, you’ll most certainly enjoy your Five Star location. Our only caveat is: there are lots of steps—fitness counts but the views make it all worth while. Enjoy Shades on the Loop for lunch and the boutiques and eateries of Rosemary Beach just steps away. Pier Park in Panama City Beach is just a few minutes’ drive—it’s got everything.
First Floor: Entry and outside shower.
Second Floor: Living room with sleeper sofa, dining room (seats 6), kitchen (seats 3) with stainless steel, and half bath.
Third Floor: Queen Gulf-front bedroom, Gulf-front bunk room with two doubles and two twins, and full bath.
Fourth Floor: King master bedroom with two twin sleeper chairs and full bath with large walk-in shower.
Fifth Floor: Gulf-front loft bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper sofa, and full bath.
