HAVEN BY THE LAKE is so aptly named—snuggged in among the tall pines, this upscale duplex looks out over Oyster Lake and beyond to the Gulf. This Santa Rosa Beach location is a bit more laid back, yet minutes from lots of activities. It’s very roomy, at 2,496 square feet and has a lot of character and personality in its furnishings and accessories. Think traditional, with modern highlights to jazz things up a little. Decks on each of three levels, a grassy yard and proximity to the community pool and walkway to the lake dock are definite assets. Try Stinky’s Fish Camp (better than it sounds!) for breakfast or lunch and Vue for a spectacular dinner setting.
