This well-appointed vacation villa consists of two spacious 2,600 square feet townhomes which provide a variety of accommodations. For individual families, each side of the villa provides three bedrooms, three baths and a readily accessible ground level efficiency apartment, complete with its own washer and dryer, making it a perfect guest suite for a nanny, in-laws or grandparents. For large families, annual reunions or big groups, both sides of the property may be rented to provide sleeping for up to 24 people. The bedroom/bath arrangement in each unit allows complete privacy for up to four couples. Nicely furnished and maintained, you’ll be cool and comfortable here after a day of beaching or golfing.
Enjoy the winding bike paths in the neighborhood, picturesque Oyster Lake, the tall pines and proximity to the beach (400 yards). Large grassy areas surround the townhome complex and provide a nice play area for children. The community pool is about 25 yards away. Plan at least one dinner at the upscale Vue restaurant close by, or breakfast at Stinky’s Fish Camp, within walking distance and nicer than it sounds! Silver Sands Outlet Mall is ten minutes’ drive to the west and Seaside and Seagrove Beach ten minutes to the east. Position yourself here for a fine vacation experience!
