With lots of natural light, the first floor feels airy and open—due to the eleven-foot ceilings, hard wood floors and four sets of French doors that lead to the covered wrap-around deck.

The well-equipped chef's kitchen offers new Jenn-Air dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The large island comes complete with stove, conventional oven, and ample counter space of wood and inlaid tile. This very open kitchen also has a huge pass-thru window to the living room, which makes entertaining easier and serving a cinch! The kitchen offers a work nook, too, so if e-mails need to be checked or you would like to surf the web, just plug into the extra phone outlet where DSL awaits.

For more relaxation, look to the spacious, peaceful living room, gorgeously appointed with a large red armoire that houses the flat screen TV and DVD player with full Surround-Sound. Seating is abundant, whether you choose to relax on the queen sleeper sofa, the love seat or on the recliner. Listen to your favorite music on the 3 CD stereo or relax with a cool drink and that book you’ve been meaning to read all year.

Choose to take your meals at the beautiful dining room table that has room for 10, or dine outside under the cooling ceiling fans while watching the children splash around in the pool. Either one makes a great space for family entertaining.

With five full bedrooms to choose from, you, your family and guests will have plenty of comfortable space to relax and sleep. The first floor bedroom, for instance, has its own private entrance and feels quite cozy with an oversized chair, TV and queen size bed--and, of course, a full bathroom just across the hall.

After ascending the beautiful pine staircase, plush carpeting feels delightful under your feet. The first landing features a guest room with a queen size bed, TV and Juliet balcony. Next-door is a room for the youngsters, complete with 2 sets of bunk beds, beanbag chairs, a TV/ VCR and more. Just outside both rooms is a full bath with huge stand up shower.

Out into the hall and a few more steps up, you’ll find another room just for kids. With the double bunks, TV/VCR, pillows, beanbags and good times ready to be had, this is another terrific area for play and sleep!To the left awaits the Master Suite. What a pleasure it is to enter this spacious bedroom with walk-in closet so big that it could be a room of its own. The Master Suite has a king size bed with beautiful wicker headboard and teak furniture. The immense armoire has a TV and DVD inside; atop the six-drawer teak dresser there’s a CD player, as well. The master bathroom offers a sunken tub, double sinks and a shower big enough for the entire family! Don’t forget to enjoy your morning coffee on the Master Suite’s wrap-around private deck—from which you can watch the kids splashing in the pool!Whatever your idea of play is, you’ll be able to do it here.
