On the ground floor guests are welcomed by a shady porch with old fashioned rocking chairs for a touch of nostalgia. Entering the home to the left is one of two master suites with a private bath. To the right is a large open sitting area, ideal for some quality family time. The dining room features a table for 8 and French doors leading to the pool as well as access to a hall bath. The attached kitchen features an island with seating for two and an optimally placed sink ideal for watching the kids play out back around the pool. The den off the kitchen features French doors leading the deck. Upstairs enjoy four bedrooms including another master with a private bathroom and access to a balcony, a guest room with a Queen, a guest room with two Twins, a fun bunk room for the kids, and a hall bathroom. This property also features on-site laundry accessible from the exterior of the home. Outside of the home you’ll find plenty of shade out front and sunny excitement in the back.
