Ariel Dunes II 2101 is a special corner unit giving you tremendous views of the awesome scenery. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here relishing theses spectacular views which include the emerald hued glistening gulf, an arched tower at the nearby Majestic Sun and views across the golf course towards the Choctawhatchee Bay. These panoramic vistas are visible indoors as well through sliding glass doors that make the balconies accessible from the spacious main open living area, the Master Bedroom Suite and one of the lovely Guest Bedrooms. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
