You'll feel right at home in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental located just 150 yards from the beach! Practically new, this beautiful beach cottage is a perfect rental, and is well appointed both inside and out. It's located in the picturesque Crystal Beach section of Destin, just a short stroll from beachfront restaurants and first-class shopping, not to mention the famed white sand Emerald Coast beaches.

Freshly painted with new hardwood floors throughout, the home interior's brightness and decor immediately welcome you and your family. Once inside, you will enjoy the great room that offers a comfortable spot for relaxing after a long day in the Destin sun. The Den, which includes a high definition flat screen TV and DVD player, opens into the dining area and kitchen. A renowned Destin chef previously owned this vacation rental, and the kitchen is delightful as can be expected. The dining area is a perfect spot for a family dinner, a game of cards, or cleaning the catch of the day. Of additional note, the larger sofa in the Den opens into a sleeper, offering additional sleeping space to larger groups.

Each of the three bedrooms is unique. The first includes a queen bed, large closet and ample privacy. The second room, perfect for kids, offers two twin bunks, a huge closet and TV/DVD/VCR combo. The master suite is truly distinctive, with size and comfort to spare. The head of the house will enjoy a king bed, large TV, walk-in closet and spectacular master bath with private shower and double vanity. No slouch itself, the main bathroom is very bright and contains a shower/tub.

Outside, you will enjoy sizable porches both in front and back. The front porch offers an ideal spot for reading a novel or cooking dinner on the stainless steel grill. In the back, the screened-in porch provides a table and four chairs, which can be used for breakfast, some cool-off time or evening conversation.

The back of the house contains a brand new heated pool* and hot tub. Additionally, the extra-long driveway allows ample parking for as large a group that will be staying at the Barracuda.
