Welcome to Beachy Keen, perfectly located in the middle of all the excitement of Destin, yet nestled in the lovely and quiet enclave of Crystal Shores. The beautiful white sand and emerald green waters of one of Destin’s finest beaches are only a three minute walk away. One beach access features a covered picnic pavilion with convenient restrooms and showers. A five minute walk from Beachy Keen in the other direction takes you to the popular Destin Commons, and a 5 minute car ride takes you to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Beachy Keen, a beautiful three story beach home with separate guest house, can sleep 16 and is the perfect escape for your family. All four bedrooms open onto balconies or porches where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes and relax while the sun sets over the Gulf. Enjoy the convenience of a TV, DVD player, and VCR in each bedroom. In addition to the lovely private pool, you can splash in the beautiful community pool. Bring your laptop to access the wireless internet and don’t forget the family pet! The property has onsite parking for five vehicles. There is a washer/dryer inside the main home for everyday laundry and also facilities in the garage for beachwear.The spacious and open interior of Beachy Keen features a living room with 20 foot ceilings and oversized ceiling fans. This space contains a comfortable sleeper sofa and built-in media cabinet with flat screen TV offering Netflix access, DVD player, VCR, games, books, and videos. The first floor children’s bedroom offers bunk beds with a queen inflatable mattress if you need more accommodations for a “sleepover”! A full bathroom is located nearby. The opposite wing of the house contains a fully stocked kitchen, dining room that seats 10, and a built-in computer desk for your online convenience.

The second floor balcony overlooks the living room and connects two master suites. One master bedroom provides king bedding, dressing area, double closets, and private bath with garden tub. The second master bedroom offers double bedding and private bath. The second floor balcony also leads to a spiral staircase to the third floor sleeping/play loft where you can catch glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico. The loft is bound to be a popular hangout for the younger crowd and includes built-in sleeping accommodations for two.

Walk out any of the three French doors on the first floor to the expansive deck cooled by shade sails for your comfort. Relax by the private pool on lounge chairs. You will also find an outdoor shower leading directly into a first floor bathroom for your convenience and a dedicated space on the deck for your beach equipment.

The two story guest house is perfect for multiple families or those with teenagers. It offers a kitchenette, sleeper sofa in the living room, two private balconies, queen bedding on the second floor, and full bath.
