Crystal Mansion

Crystal Mansion is a winner of the Parade of Homes for Florida’s Okaloosa and Walton Counties. This large vacation home is located just steps from the beaches. Crystal Mansion features an inspiring Gulf view and unparalleled amenities. In addition to elegant designer furnishings, the four bedroom mansion and three bedroom cottage feature granite countertops, travertine marble floors, custom cherry cabinetry, raised ceilings, and over-sized decks off the living room, first floor master bedroom, and second floor master suite. With a private heated pool, outdoor shower, custom landscaping, and a grassy play area inside a private fenced yard, there is plenty of room for fun and relaxation. Crystal Mansion was designed for family reunions and large family get-a-ways, and it comfortably sleeps twenty-eight.
The main house features a big screen television in the living room with televisions, DVD and VCR players in each bedroom. Wireless Internet service is present throughout the property. Stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a gas grill for patio barbequing on the oversized pool deck are also available.
The guest house features a kitchenette with granite countertops and custom cherry wood cabinetry on both the first and second floors. Along with a washer and dryer on the first floor, the second floor also features a sumptuous living room with a view of the magnificent crystal beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Televisions are available in each bedroom.

Main House:
First Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom with full hall shared bath.

Second Floor: Master king bedroom with full bath and balcony with Gulf views, queen bedroom, double/twin bunk room with queen sleeper sofa, and full hall shared bath.

Guest House:
First Floor:Queen bedroom, and double/twin bunk room with full hall shared bath.

Second Floor: Living room with sleeper sofa, and king bedroom with full hall shared bath.
