Up a floor to the living, dining and kitchen areas, and a really large deck with cushioned furniture, facing the Gulf. In the living room, comfortable overstuffed furniture welcomes you after a day of play. There is extra seating for four at the kitchen bar. Tile travertine floors are softened with oriental rugs, tasteful accessories make you feel at home, and the large plasma TV/DVD over the fireplace is ready for your evening movie or sporting event. A sleeper sofa completes the living room. A queen bedroom with a Flat screen and DVD player is off the living room. Its bath also opens into the hallway, so it can be shared. The kitchen is well-stocked, has plenty of cabinet space, and the cook can easily be seen and heard by the folks in the living and dining rooms.

The third floor holds the master suite, with Flat Screen TV and DVD player, bath with garden tub and Gulf Front decks. A second bedroom with TV and bath is on this floor. You can tell from the pictures there is no chintz and nothing chintzy about this house! You and yours will like it here.

Across the street you can rent a scooter. A short stroll down the beach is Destin’s Famous Whale’s Tail; they make a mean hamburger and almost always have a volleyball game going. And check out the beach view—it’s perfect!
