An impressive remodeling is underway at this four bedroom, five and a half bath, Gulf-front home. With new furniture, numerous 60” and 70” flat screen TV’s, three balconies overlooking the Gulf, private splash pool and larger community pool, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home and then some. Enjoy nearby restaurants, scooter and kayak rentals, and amazing shopping opportunities at the Silver Sands Factory Stores and Destin Commons. Pictures and more details will follow very soon!
First Floor: Living room with two queen sleeper sofas with wet bar, full bath, and balcony with splash pool.
Second Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom with queen sleeper sofa and full bath, and laundry area.
Third Floor: King master bedroom with full bath queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk in side room, queen bedroom with full bath, and two twin bunk bedroom with full bath.
*Add $25.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).
Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
