Private beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches is just steps away (less than a 2 minute walk away), with a large community pool right across the street (20 yards). Lush tropical landscaping, fenced backyard and three wonderful porches allow you to enjoy the cool gulf breeze. This is the perfect rental home for your next family reunion with its spacious bedrooms, upscale furnishings and TVs/VCRs/DVDs in all the bedrooms. In the kids loft there is playroom with a TV/VCR/DVD. If you are coming with the family, this is the Frangista Beach home for you with sleeping accommodations for up to 18!
First Floor: Queen Bed, Full Hall Shared bath, Living Room with Queen Sleeper sofa, Dining, Laundry
Second Floor: Two king bedrooms, double futon, and two bathrooms, Futon in bonus room adjacent to King master suite
Third Floor: Double futon in Loft, Bedroom with two doubles and two twins, Full Hall Shared bath
Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
