The house features two living areas, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The neighborhood also features a community pool. Oceania offers sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests and would make a great home for your next Destin vacation. Enjoy the beautiful community pool less than a 2 minute walk away!

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper, Full bathroom, Wet bar, Martini Pool

Third Floor: Laundry Room, King Master bedroom with full bath, Queen bedroom and full bath

Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
