Welcome to Panorama! This completely renovated; privately owned gulf view cottage is great for a weekend getaway or a week long family retreat, not to mention Spring Break! Located on a large tropically landscaped yard; you are less than 100 yards away from Destin’s sandy white beaches, and a beachfront community pool. A large wraparound porch complete with rocking chairs and grill are there for you to relax and cookout after a day at the beach.

Inside you will find three bedrooms and three full baths, a vacation spot that sleeps up to eight people with a flat screen TV/DVD in every room and a 42" flat screen TV with blu ray in the living room; all rooms include cable. The main living area is located on the first floor with large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer), and a full bath.

Once upstairs you will find a master bedroom which includes a private bathroom with double sinks, a large garden tub, king sized bed, large walk in closet, 32" flat screen TV with blu ray, views of the gulf and a sitting area. The second bedroom is also located upstairs with its own private bath, queen sized bed, 32" flat screen TV/DVD, a private deck with views of the gulf, and patio furniture to allow for dinners outside. The third bedroom is located on the main level with a shared bath; queen sized bed, walk in closet, and a 32" flat screen TV. Also on the main level is a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The third floor includes an observation deck with spectacular views of the gulf. Other amenities include, beach chairs at no charge.
