It boasts a 10’ diameter hot-tub and a large, open yard for football, bocce or croquet games. The house is located 300 yards from a private, white-sugar Miramar beach. There are no roads to cross, and a golf cart is provided for easy access. The best local shopping and dining is a stone’s throw away! No hour-long traffic jams here! Re-Grouper is located one mile west of Sandestin’s Baytown Wharf, with some of the best restaurants in the area, and less than ½ mile from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest upscale outlet malls in the United States. The kitchen is appointed with two ovens and dishwashers for easy dinners and clean-up, and the professionally decorated tropical interior is a relaxing vacationer’s dream. There are porches on each of the three floors where catching the Gulf breeze at happy hour is a must. The large tiki hut next to the pool is equipped with sink, ice maker, and refrigerator. “Kosh,” the tiki god, watches benevolently from a distance. With seating for eight, happy hour is a special occasion here.

Fourth Floor: King bedroom with full bath/shower only, and queen bedroom with full bath/shower only and balcony.
