A Shore Thing is an exceptional beach house, sophisticated with blues and tans, a touch of whimsy, and the best view ever. In tip top condition, with balconies on each level (and exceptional outdoor furniture), you’ll enjoy the splash pool, Gulf sounds and scenery, proximity to Capt. Dave’s and Whale’s Tail restaurants and shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Stores…rent a scooter nearby and check out the entire length of Scenic Gulf Drive. This is a prime location for fun in the sun!
First Floor: Queen bedroom with full bath, wet bar, and laundry room.
Second Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, queen bedroom, and full hall shared bath.
Third Floor: King master bedroom with full bath, and queen bedroom with full hall bath.
*Add $25.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).
Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
