Sun of a Beach

Sun of a Beach, fomerly known as A Whimsical Tide III, is the “Best of the Best” on beautiful Frangista Beach. It is newly furnished with designer furnishings, wall décor, large flat screen TV’s, and features travertine marble and hardwood floors. This spacious property has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to accommodate 14 people with ease. There’s Wi-Fi access throughout the house and postcard-worthy balcony sunset views on all three levels. Enjoy large flat screen LCD TVs, Blu-Ray DVD players, and free streaming Netflix movies in every room. The kid’s bunkroom also has a Blu-Ray DVD player and a game station hookup for an Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii console (this will keep them entertained for hours!). The stairs leading straight from this vacation home to the pristine white-sand beaches really let you know that you couldn’t be any closer to the Gulf of Mexico without being in a boat! And if you don’t like the sand, stay back and enjoy the private martini pool and relax.

Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
