A Whimsical Tide I

Whimsical Tides I, II and III are the “Best of the Best” on beautiful Frangista Beach. The quality of the items selected for each unit are a cut above any other unit available. Each home has designer furnishings, wall décor and sits directly on the Gulf with stairs down to the white sandy beach.

Three levels of balconies provide breath taking sunsets and if you don’t like the sand, stay at the martini pool and relax. A kitchen that is “to die for”..

Each unit has five bedrooms, and comfortably sleeps 14. A triple bunkroom for the kids, two king size bedrooms, plus two queen size bedrooms..

First Floor: Wet Bar, 3T bunkroom, K bedroom with full bath and Martini Pool (6x6) on balcony.

Second Floor: Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, Full hall bath, Q bedroom.

Third Floor: Master with balcony, Q bedroom with full bath. Laundry area.



*add $25.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
