Chateau Louise is a five bedroom, four bath home located a quarter of a mile from the Silver Sands Factory outlet near Sandestin on a private road, Casting Lake, and a five or six minute walk (or take the golf cart) to Tang-O-Mar beach; a beach used only by private homes. This two story home is patterned after a house in the French Caribbean with 3,600 square feet, containing a large, luxury king suite upstairs with Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk in closet, and TV. Upstairs has the study; great room with 42" HD TV and kitchen, bar that seats four and dining table that seats six.
