Staffing

Marketing

Ocean Reef Resorts believes that the best way to reach potential vacationers is to infiltrate all marketing venues. Do not be surprised to see us on billboards, listed in local and regional magazines, and on the top of all the major Internet search engines.

Ocean Reef Resorts allocates over three quarters of a million dollars annually toward top sponsored listings on the World Wide Web's leading search engines.

Amenity Program: In 1999 Ocean Reef Resorts partnered with Amenity Services to offer each guest complimentary daily amenities. This program has proven successful in increasing rental occupancy therefore maximizing your property’s revenue potential.

Maintenance

We understand that we are your eyes and ears for your property and it is important to us that your investment is treated like our own. That is why we have developed a comprehensive maintenance program designed to maintain the integrity of your home or condo.

Instituted is a program that insures your property is inspected twice every quarter.
We have a detailed contractor’s list to insure quick and thorough maintenance and repair.
Complimentary trash removal is provided from private homes upon guest departure.

Housekeeping

With an on-site commercial laundry, Ocean Reef is able to set the standard in housekeeping. We understand that maintaining a clean rental property can make the difference in guest satisfaction.

All housekeepers are certified and must participate in a continuing education program.
Complimentary linens and toiletries are provided by Ocean Reef.
All properties are immediately cleaned and inspected after guest departure in order to ensure property integrity. Any and all issues are reported to the housekeeping department upon their arrival.
State of the art software that allows us to monitor when the housekeeper enters the property and when it is completed.

Accounting

Owners must be able to stay up to date with all the financial dealings within their investment property. Ocean Reef Resorts is committed to helping and providing our owners with booking progress and easy to read statements.

Credit Card Fees and Travel Agency commissions are absorbed by Ocean Reef.
Owners have the option of participating in electronic funds transfer.
Keyless entry system providing enhanced security and peace of mind.
All accumulated invoices are emailed quarterly.
