Ready for an escape to Seascape? Sometimes you just need to get away from the rigors of day to day living for a rest and a fun family vacation. Seascape may be just what you need as your vacation beach home away from home!
This hospitable charming abode is located at the eastern end of Scenic 30A and close to the sugar white sand beach that’s just a couple of minutes away. However you don’t even have to go that far to take a refreshing dip since this gracious vacation home comes with a lovely lagoon shaped private pool out back. The forested pristine setting is close to a precious coastal dune lake called Camp Creek and the expansive Deer Lake State Park, which borders the beautiful beach. Such coastal dune lakes are a rare natural phenomenon since they occasionally open and close with tidal action. This serene setting encourages fishing, walks on the sugary beach or luxuriating in the emerald green waters of the glowing gulf.
Although in a wonderful world of its own, this Seacrest Beach location is a short distance away from Rosemary Beach and iconic Seaside. These towns are right out of a story book with central greens, musical concerts, interesting architecture, restaurants, friendly bars, galleries, boutiques, seasonal festivities and other delightful diversions.
Up to 10 guests can be happily accommodated in this spacious four bedroom beach home. Besides sunning on its secluded pool deck before a swim, you may want to spend ample time on one of the columned balconies or front porch. The third floor was specifically designed for leisurely lounging with an open roof top observation deck. This family room has an arched vaulted ceiling with walls of windows on three sides to enjoy the views. It was designed for entertaining with a Kitchenette Wet Bar, a comfortable armchair, a couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. The main open living area is on the second floor along with one of the lovely Guest Bedrooms that has a queen size bed with access to a hall bath that doubles as a powder room. Furnishings are comfortably casual with an upscale look and center around a flat screen TV. The space is sunny and bright since there are windows virtually everywhere.
