We are pleased to give you a brief look at our ten largest vacation homes available in Destin and along Scenic 30A. These opulent, spacious homes include between five to eight bedrooms with the ability to sleep between twelve to thirty fortunate guests.

Miramar Beach

Two of these homes are located in Miramar Beach, which places you near popular restaurants with friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive along with championship golf and tennis at the Seascape Resort, where Ocean Reef guests receive reduced rates. Grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the renowned Silver Sands Premium Outlets are also close by. Wonderful restaurants, bars with live music, shopping adventures, family amusements, outdoor concerts, fabulous year-round festivals, and seasonal fireworks are minutes away at Sandestin's enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf, along with the swank town center of Grand Boulevard.

Hypnautic

8 Bedrooms / 9 Full & 1 Half Bathrooms / 30 Guests

Hypnautic is a spacious three-story residence three blocks away from the sugary shoreline and has eight bedrooms that sleep thirty fortunate guests (all in beds). A golf cart is provided to easily take coolers and provisions over to the beach. Every bedroom includes its own full private ensuite bath while an additional full and half bath serve as convenient powder rooms. This big vacation home also features its own large swimming pool, a bubbling hot tub that cascades down into the water beside it, an expansive patio with lounge furniture, and an umbrella table with a grill for poolside dining. Two additional dining tables and a comfortable seating area are located on a veranda that overlooks the pool patio. A Game Room indoors has a pool table, foosball, a video arcade game, a living area with a built-in bar, and a flat-screen TV for fun entertainment. A hall bath with a shower can serve the pool guests. A large Media Room off the Game Room features a big screen and eight black leather lounge chairs on stepped-up levels for lavish visual entertainment. Two of the guest quarters are on this level with queen size beds have private ensuite baths, and direct patio access. The second floor includes the large open living, dining and kitchen areas with a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to an upper-level veranda that spans its width. A comfortably furnished seating area and a dining table overlook the sparkling swimming pool. One of the Guest Bedrooms on this floor has a king-size bed and access to a viewing balcony. The six other beautifully appointed guest quarters are on the top floor and feature their own ensuite baths. The Primary Bedroom on this level has comfortable contemporary coastal-styled furnishings with a king-size bed, access to the veranda, and a den with a video arcade game. Two other Guest Bedrooms have king-size beds and access to baths with walk-in showers. Another lovely Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and also has veranda access, while another is a Bunk Room with four twin beds.

Beach House

Beach House encompasses nearly 4,000 square feet with six bedrooms that each include full luxury ensuite private baths and the ability to provide gracious accommodations for up to twenty carefree guests. The home has comfortable furnishings with elegant appointments and a warm, delightful setting. It is also perfect for entertaining large groups gathered for big beach reunions since it features two full kitchens and living areas. The main open Great Room on the first floor has dazzling views of the gorgeous gulf, with an entire wall of glass doors leading out to the balcony that overlooks the beach. A partially open staircase graciously leads up to four beautiful bedrooms on the second floor. Two of these are gulf-front Primary Suites with king-size beds, luxury baths, and access to private romantic balconies. Two other Guest Bedrooms on this level have two queen size beds, and ensuite baths, along with comfortable furnishings that feature tropical and charming cottage styling. The third floor has two more Guest Bedrooms with individualized fine comfortable furnishings, and both have ensuite baths. One includes a king-size bed and balcony, while the other has a queen. A cheerful adjoining den has a sleeper sofa facing a cozy faux fireplace and glass doors leading out to a top-floor viewing balcony. A Bonus Room at the peak of the house has a wonderful loft bedroom with twin beds and has access to a powder room.

Frangista Beach

Three more vacation homes are located down Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious Frangista Beach community, and one of them accommodates the second-largest number of guests. They enjoy the same amenities that the Miramar Beach locale has to offer.

Frangista Costas

Frangista Costas is a wonderful vacation home that encompasses over 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms that have multiple beds, bunks, trundles, and a queen size sleeper sofa able to accommodate up to twenty-one happy guests. It is located only 100 yards away from the bright beach yet just steps away from its own private plunge pool for refreshing entertainment. A built-in bar and gas grill make poolside entertaining easy. Frangista Beach also has a gated community pool nearby with lush tropical landscaping. The home is decorated in a chic, comfortable, colorful style with luxurious amenities, which include extra-large flat-screen TVs in almost every room. The first floor includes a spacious open living area with travertine marble floors, a Persian rug, and two sofas that face an extra-large flat-screen TV for entertainment. A dark hardwood table with eight crisscross-backed chairs sits beneath an elegant vintage chandelier near the open Gourmet kitchen. It features brushed stainless-steel appliances, creamy white cabinetry, gleaming granite countertops, and a bar with seating. Bayou Beach House is a five-bedroom home with multiple beds that can accommodate fourteen fortunate guests a short distance away from the gulf that's also in fashionable Frangista Beach. Separate living quarters can comfortably host multiple families with two living areas, two full kitchens, and bedrooms on individual levels. This two-story tall home has a wraparound balcony on three sides with stairs that lead down to a refreshing plunge pool and a sunny patio. Lounge chairs, two tables with seating, and a gas grill provide poolside entertainment. This home, like the others, has access to the lavish community swimming pool. The first floor has an open living area with oversized creamy white tile flooring, a country-styled corrugated metal ceiling, a couch, and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen has rich chocolate-colored cabinetry, black granite countertops, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a charming dining nook with four cottage-styled chairs beside glass doors leading to the pool patio. A grand foyer has an open staircase with decorative black wrought iron railings and is adorned with a leopard-patterned rug. Graytfully B is perfect for reunions with multiple members of family or friends since sleeping quarters are on three different levels and in a separate Guest House. The fantastic location is close to the sugary shore, where it borders the glowing gulf and Western Lake, which is another coastal dune lake treasure. A nearby village dock invites you to go paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing while exploring the captivating seascape. This lake borders the expansive renowned Grayton Beach State Park, which Forbes Magazine reported as one of the most beautiful beaches in America. Besides having easy access to the beautiful beach and lake, this locale offers other delightful pursuits. They include the famous "Red Bar" restaurant that features live music, Chiringo's restaurant and bar for Spanish tapas, the unique, vibrant Zoo Gallery for decorative art, and Tribe Kelly Surf Post for beach attire.
