Holiday Isle is not really an island, but rather a peninsula as it is surrounded on three sides by the glistening gulf, East Pass, and Destin's Harbor. Blue Water Escape

Blue Water Escape is a brand new opulent six bedroom home where you can have the best of both worlds since it has its own dock and is also directly across the street from the beautiful beach. You may become one of the first guests to stay at this awesome vacation rental property that is currently being lavishly furnished but is ready to take reservations. Besides the beach, you may take full advantage of its dock which can anchor two pontoon boats. This ultimate aquatic paradise features a comfortably furnished outdoor living area overlooking its private pool. An outdoor kitchen allows you for grilling and dining poolside. Magnolia Dreams

Magnolia Dreams is a beautiful waterfront home with six bedrooms and has the ability to sleep up to fourteen people. This home was made for entertaining all members of your family. An open Great Room incorporates the spacious living, dining and kitchen portions of the house. A wall of wide arched plate glass windows faces out toward the water and provides a bright wonderful ambiance. Comfortable contemporary furnishings have a chic beach style. A big Game Room at dock level includes a couch, a large TV, a Billiards Table and a Wet Bar for refreshments. The bedrooms are all well appointed with attractive décor.

Harbor Seahorse

Harbor Seahorse faces the open harbor providing a perfect place for a lovely family reunion. The six bedrooms and two sleeper sofas can accommodate up to sixteen happy guests and more since it is also Pet-Friendly. This gracious 4,000 square foot home includes two separate kitchens with one on each floor. Bedrooms are also located on both levels so that different members of your family may have separate sleeping quarters. A giant waterfront deck on the main floor level spans across the back overlooking the harbor front dock and the Destin Marina. You may drink or dine al fresco since the railing has lots of bench seating along with a table and chairs.

Holiday Blitz

Holiday Blitz has eight bedrooms with the ability to sleep up to twenty fortunate guests. This home was distinctively designed with lots of sensational space making an ideal setting for a fun family reunion at the beach. It sits upon a sugary dune adorned with Sea Oats and overlooks the bright white beach with a raised walkway provided for easy access. An open porch spanning across the beachside boasts gorgeous views of the gulf and allows you to hear sensational surf sounds.  It includes a private pool placing you less than a minute away from taking a refreshing dip to luxuriating in the emerald toned gulf. The large open Great Room incorporates the living, dining and kitchen portions of the home with walls of windows that provide glorious gulf views from within. Most of the beautifully appointed bedrooms include en-suite baths and the Master Suite also has a beachfront balcony.

Holiday Sunrise

Holiday Sunrise is a large seven bedroom beachfront home that can accommodate up to eighteen family members with separate sleeping quarters. Two kitchens and double living areas provide a wonderful setting for a relaxing reunion. The unique contemporary architectural styling of this home offers multiple views of the sparkling scenery from almost every room. The design features interweaved octagonal space with high vaulted ceilings and individual windows that frame the beauty of the seascape. This is readily apparent in the main open Great Room that includes the living, dining and kitchen portions of the home. The angled vaulted ceilings accentuate the spaciousness of this large room with sweeping views across the white dunes and out into the gulf.

Waterview Towers 603

Waterview Towers 603 is a decidedly upscale elegant residence featuring three comfortably furnished bedrooms with the ability to sleep up to ten privileged guests. This luxury tower is aptly named since it provides glorious "water views" of the Destin Marina, East Pass, and the Gulf. An expansive balcony spans across this unit's width which allows you to enjoy the sparkling scenery first hand and the master has a private balcony of its own. Spectacular heavenly sunsets highlight them due to its western exposure. During the holidays and throughout the summer fabulous firework displays are shot off over the harbor which may also be seen. Two living areas with walls of glass connect to this beautiful balcony. Down below a large lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pool has a simmering hot tub nearby for soothing relaxation.  A gate leads out to the beautiful beach and a short stroll away you may go snorkeling or fishing on the rock jetties nearby. A Full Fitness Center and tennis courts are also on site.
