With a name that means "paradise" in French, this exquisite Gulf-front estate in Destin's Miramar Beach offers an upscale retreat for 14 guests, featuring a main manor house with four bedrooms and a charming guest cottage. Sleek California-chic interiors create a bright and airy atmosphere, with soaring tray ceilings, marble flooring, and massive windows showcasing panoramic Gulf views. The open-concept living and dining space flows onto a wraparound beachfront deck, where a lagoon plunge pool and cascading hot tub await—perfect for unwinding under the Florida sun. We recently stayed at Paradis through Ocean Reef and had a wonderful experience. The house was the most well equipped beach rental we've had, the management was responsive and made check in and check out so easy.

Inside, the grand great room is a showstopper, featuring Corinthian columns, an elegant fireplace, travertine marble flooring, and soaring windows that frame breathtaking Gulf views. Outside, multiple beachfront verandas invite you to relax with a cocktail while watching the sunset. A private courtyard features a plunge pool and bubbling hot tub, just steps from your private beach access. The primary suite is pure indulgence, with a private balcony, a fireplace, and a spa-inspired bath with marble and granite finishes. As part of Destiny by the Sea, guests also enjoy access to a lagoon-style community pool and exclusive gated privacy.

Great location and plenty of space in the house. Primary bedroom is huge. We had toddlers and babies in pack 'n' plays, which made the other bedrooms a little tight at night. We enjoyed the back patio / deck and the grill. When we needed something, the property management company was very responsive and took care of it right away. We will stay here again on future family trips.

The name says it all! Beach House is a six-bedroom Gulf-front retreat along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, offering nearly 4,000 square feet of living space for up to 20 guests. This cheerful and inviting home is designed for entertaining, featuring a spacious open-concept living area, plush leather furnishings, a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, and a granite-topped entertainment bar. A massive beachfront balcony provides panoramic Gulf views, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining or lounging under the sun. A private staircase leads directly to the shoreline, where you can bask in the Florida sunshine or dip your toes into the emerald waters. Two primary suites offer private beachfront balconies, while additional guest rooms feature cozy cottage-style furnishings for a warm, inviting feel.

This was by far the best vacation house we have ever stayed in. Everything was incredible . The house was very clean and perfectly located for all of our family. We will definitely be staying here again.

The bright and airy main living space boasts rich hardwood flooring, plush coastal furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and elegant shell chandeliers. The top-floor primary suite is a showstopper, with vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a private beachfront balcony, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. We have been coming to Destin for MANY years and this was by far the most amazing property that we have rented. We had 16 people in our group (11 adults and 5 children) and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy our own spaces. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was INCREDIBLE!
