Vacations at Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle provide a dazzling experience at the beach. This exclusively gated residential enclave has a premier location at the far western end of Holiday Isle, which is Destin's version of island living since it is surrounded on all three sides by jewel-toned waters. It borders Destin's Harbor towards the north, East Pass on the west side and the vast expanse of the gulf with endless views into the southern horizon. The sugary shoreline wraps around this privileged community which is centered upon two natural coastal dune lakes named Caroline and Christina. Coastal Dune Lakes are quite precious since they are found hardly anywhere else in the world. Their magical composition of salted fresh water attracts abundant wildlife including fish, Great Blue Herons, Snowy White Egrets, Seagulls, Ducks, and seasonal Pelican visitors.  Many residents and guests experience stunning views across the lovely lakes and the waters beyond.

East Pass is Destin's only opening between the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay. Known as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village" due to this unique location, Destin is home to the nation's largest private charter fleet because of the cornucopia of fish. From early morning till twilight you may watch the fishing boats or big yachts departing to the gulf and returning to the harbor. The Destin Jetties at East Pass attract colorful tropical fish and snorkeling here is a popular pursuit. Many people enjoy fishing off the jetties when they are not snorkeling, swimming in the gulf, sunbathing on the beach or strolling around the tropically landscaped neighborhood.

Destin Pointe also features a sparkling swimming pool, a playground, shuffleboard and tennis courts which makes it a very friendly family destination. In addition, fabulous fireworks are shot off over East Pass on a weekly basis during the summer season and during major holidays, which can easily be seen. Many of our Ocean Reef guests pack a picnic basket, amble down to the beach with their kids, throw up some chairs or spread a blanket and enjoy the show from there while sipping their favorite drinks.

Land Zen

Land Zen is a large lovely Destin Pointe home that cheerfully embraces its guests with a countenance that includes canary colored exteriors and creamy white-columned porches on two levels. Its fantastic location overlooking the gulf is steps away from a sparkling pool and beside a grassy lawn with lounging arbors along with a walk over to the beach. Enchanting sunsets occur right over the gulf from mid-October into March and over East Pass the rest of the year. An open Great Room incorporates the living, dining and kitchen areas which seamlessly blend together for entertainment. Multiple sets of double glass doors accessing the beach front balcony accentuate this space with a light, bright look. A plush white couch and two chic chairs provide a comfortable seating ensemble facing a large wall-mounted TV for viewing pleasure. The tropically inspired dining area has eight woven straw chairs beside the table placed beneath a charming coach lantern. Four raised chairs wrap around a granite topped bar that faces the open kitchen with chocolate colored custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A nautical Bunk Room on this level has access to a full bath. The Master Bedroom and other well-appointed guest suites on the top level all have full en suite baths.  The Primary Suite includes a romantic gulf front balcony and a private luxury bath with double vanities, a soaking tub along with a separate shower.

The Lonestar Sandcastle

The Lonestar Sandcastle is a newer Destin Pointe home with five bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to twelve pampered guests. It defines casual coastal elegance with a combination of creature comforts and upscale furnishings. The décor includes nautical themes, lovely seascapes, and tropical Floridian flair. The charming Old Florida architectural design includes spacious columned porches with outdoor furniture on the two upper floors that overlook the breathtaking seascape and allows you to enjoy the lake views while enjoying drinks or dining al fresco. The sunny Great Room has a triple set of double glass doors leading out to one of these breezy porches and provides views from the interior. This open living area includes a comfortable seating ensemble with two couches and accent chairs that face a flat screen TV. The large creamy white kitchen features gleaming top of the line stainless steel appliances, a culinary island, as well as a custom built Wet Bar with a wine rack and additional refrigeration. A dining table nearby has eight white spindle-backed chairs while a game table on the other side of the room has seats for four more. This level includes two charming Guest Bedrooms that share a full hall bath. One has a king sized bed with direct balcony access while the other is a fun Kid's Bunk Room. Two other lovely Guest Bedrooms on the third floor with king sized beds feature full en suite baths and have individual balcony access. The spacious Primary Bedroom also a king sized bed, a private balcony and a luxurious bath with a marble encased soaking tub as well as a separate shower.

This is great for reunions with various family members since guest quarters are on three different levels, and each has access to a patio or upper-floor veranda. The spacious beach level includes two regally appointed twin-size beds, a seating area with a couch, a dining table for six, a bar table with three raised chairs, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The opulent, richly furnished main open living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the second level. Dark hardwood flooring throughout and a wall with three sets of floor-to-ceiling double glass doors frame the dazzling seascape. The comfortably furnished veranda invites you to enjoy your favorite drinks with savory snacks, experience the vivid views and listen to the soothing sounds of the surf. Vibrantly colorful abstract art throughout this home depicts seascapes, marine life, flowers, and vintage wine bottles. A Guest Bedroom off the living area with an ensuite luxury bath has a handsome king-size bed with a rich dark hardwood paneled frame, a separate seating area with a couch that can double as a futon, and a veranda. A half bath on this level serves as a convenient powder room. Another Guest Bedroom on the top floor with an ensuite bath has golden hardwood furnishings, which includes a queen size bed beside glass doors leading to its own balcony with tropical lake views. The Primary Suite on this level features three sets of tall double glass doors that showcase the spectacular views of the gulf from its own romantic, classically columned veranda. Aqua Easy

Aqua Easy is a gracious home that has three bedrooms with the ability to accommodate up to eight carefree beachgoers with the use of a queen-size sleeper sofa if need be. This raised two-story Destin Pointe home sits right on one of the lovely lakes. It features wraparound verandas on the two upper levels to experience the sparkling vistas. The handsomely furnished open living, dining, and kitchen area includes walls of windows with double glass doors that showcase the stellar seascape while leading out to one of the verandas. An outdoor dining table, gas grill, and chairs invite you to experience the vivid views while enjoying outdoor entertainment. A lower-level open sun deck is connected to this veranda for box seat up-front views of the pristine wetland. All of the bedrooms in this home feature their own private baths and have individual access to a veranda. The Guest Bedrooms all include charming creamy white cottage-styled furnishings with queen size beds, and one is on this lower level. The top floor includes the Primary Suite with double glass doors leading out to a romantic veranda that provides stunning views of the lake, seascape, and distant gulf.
