Live music, great entertainment, and a lively crowd? You get all of that and more at the bi-annual Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally dates back to 1999, originally called the Bike & Beach Bash, and has since evolved into an insanely popular rally in the US. The rally is organized by Thunder Beach Productions and is held in the spring and fall of each year. It is considered the most biker-friendly, free rally in the United States. Bikers from across the country gather for an incredible weekend of live music and entertainment, bike shows, motorcycle stunt shows, and so much more. Twice a year, this event typically attracts more than 60,000 participants and bike enthusiasts. It’s a weekend you won’t forget, that’s for sure!
Though Thunder Beach Productions was recently sold and has a new owner, Chase Michael, the popular events will continue. Of course, with new ownership comes new ideas and new fun. Michael said,
The event will take place as it always has. Everything you’ve ever seen (at Thunder Beach) will be there… but we are going to add an element of gated concert series to it starting in this spring.
That’s right, we’ll be seeing that concert series element for the first time this spring!
This spring’s event will once again take place at the Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach. The multi-day event will run from April 27 to May 1, and it’s going to be a good one! The typical rally attractions that you know and love are still free; however, you will have to get tickets for the evening gated concert series. A variety of artists will take the stage from Thursday, April 28, to April 30.
The big news for this year’s event? Kid Rock will be headlining on Saturday, April 30! Colt Ford will be joining Kid Rock on Saturday, as well.
Other artists include Travis Tritt and The Kentucky on April 28 and Ted Nugent as well as Struggle Jennings on April 29.
Single-day and three-day general admission tickets are available for the weekend concerts. General admission includes entry at the Gated Concert for whichever day(s) you purchased them for. Free motorcycle parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Although single-day tickets for Saturday sold out almost as soon as they announced Kid Rock would be there, there are still three-day general admission tickets and single-day tickets for Thursday and Friday concerts available. With the three-day general admission, you are still able to see Kid Rock perform!
Single-day tickets start at $60, while three-day tickets start at $165. There are also VIP tickets for Thursday and Friday available. These tickets come with extra benefits, such as VIP motorcycle parking, express entry, an event t-shirt, VIP catering and bar access, private main stage viewing, and general admission to shows on other days.
With Kid Rock coming to rock the stage, and with such an incredible lineup besides, it’s no surprise that people are getting excited! After announcing that Kid Rock would perform, the Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally Facebook post received more than 35,000 reactions and more than 3,800 comments. Fans were tagging their friends and starting to get their tickets. Statements like “I’m gonna try so hard to go it would be awesome!!!” and “I can’t wait! Love him! Check off the Bucket List!” are just a sample number of the excited, positive comments.
