Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, the luxury beach house’s convenient location places it near everything you need to have a memorable Gulf Coast vacation—the beach, restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment. The home boasts a sprawling open floorplan, spacious bedrooms, breezy balconies, a private pool area, game room, and more. It can host up to 25 vacationers, making it ideal for a large family reunion, bachelorette party, wedding weekend, or a business retreat.

Atlantis’ most prominent feature is the mind-blowing, private pool and expansive sundeck. This area is the embodiment of coastal paradise. The large, lagoon-shaped pool is studded with palm trees. A round hot tub cascades directly into the water below. But the best part of the whole setup is the unique swim-up bar and inset pavilion. No need to leave the pool to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or ice-cold beer! Surrounding the pool is a sizable sundeck furnished with lounge chairs. The deck extends underneath the shade of the second-floor balcony, where there is an outdoor kitchen and grill, wall-mounted TV, and comfortable outdoor furnishings. If we’re not mistaken, you and your fellow vacationers will find yourselves spending a lot of time out here, soaking up the sun and making memories.

The home’s interior is equally grand and relaxing. From the pool patio, you can access the first-floor game room through a set of sliding glass doors. The game room includes a built-in bar, billiards table, and poker table—so make sure to challenge your family and friends to a friendly competition or organize a fun tournament during your stay.

Upstairs, the open-concept great room encompasses much of the second floor. The living room includes a pale-blue wraparound couch and matching loveseat adorned with colorful accent pillows. Two plush white armchairs provide extra seating. The seating ensemble faces a wall-mounted TV, creating a comfortable and casual spot for game day or movie night. Beach-washed tile flooring flows into the dining area, boasting two rectangular hardwood dining tables and ample seating. Above the tables, twin coastal-inspired chandeliers add a pop of color to the room.

The adjacent open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a huge side-by-side refrigerator, and spacious cabinetry. A breakfast island includes five raised chairs for added seating. A wall of sliding glass doors leads from the great room onto a breezy balcony that overlooks the pool.

When it comes to its sleeping quarters, Atlantis has it all! There are bedrooms located on each level, making it easy to accommodate groups with multiple parties. Two guest bedrooms are on the first floor—one with a king-size bed and private bath, and the other with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bath. In addition to the great room, the second floor includes two guest bedrooms. Both have private bathrooms and a king-size bed, while one also has an extra twin bed. The remaining four bedrooms can be found on the third floor. Two of these are master suites with king-size beds, luxury baths, and access to a romantic balcony that faces the pool patio. Each of the third-floor guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and sunny windows. A bunk nook with two twin beds is great for the kids, and a bonus den has its own queen-size and twin sleeper sofas. So much sleeping space!

As if all the luxuries included with this gorgeous vacation home weren’t enough, Atlantis’s convenient location makes it the perfect place for a fun coastal getaway! The beach is less than a two-minute stroll from the property, meaning you can go from splashing in your private pool to splashing in the emerald-toned saltwater in no time! The famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets is within walking distance, while Grand Boulevard shopping center is a short drive to the east. The nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf is a Disney-esque, New Orleans-style entertainment hub that offers fun activities for the whole family. Other nearby conveniences include popular restaurants, bars, beach boutiques, and souvenir shops.
