Ocean Blue is an exceptional old-world style villa located in Caribe, which is a prestigious exclusively gated residential community in Destin's Miramar Beach. This premier neighborhood is tucked away in a wonderful privileged world of its own and this stately home happens to be a true treasure. It has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight fortunate guests. Rich abundant decorative arts, comfortable antique furnishings, stained glass windows and elaborate embellishments provide a Medieval Mediterranean ambiance. The richly beamed Great Room defines rustic elegance with a soaring ceiling and multiple sets of double French doors that lead out to a courtyard with a stone patio beside a lovely swimming pool. Flutes of water spill down into the pool beside it creating a wonderful sense of serenity. The richly decorated Master Bedroom is on the main level with a king sized bed, a high beamed ceiling and a luxurious bath en suite that features a stunning walk-in double shower adorned with walls of black marble. Each of the Guest Bedrooms is individually decorated in a classic fashion. They all have a style of rustic comfort that resembles staying at a European country estate. The exclusive community of Caribe provides amazing amenities that include lushly landscaped grounds for a distinctly tropical look, tennis courts, a coastal dune lake, classic fountains, a private crystalline white bright beach and two sparkling community pools. This hidden treasure is located in the heart of Miramar Beach minutes away from popular beach side restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive, grocery stores, wine outlets and the nationally famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Other fine restaurants, lively bars, outdoor concerts, seasonal festivals and an abundance of amusements are also nearby at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
Villa Paradis is also conveniently located in Destin's Miramar Beach at another prestigious community called St. Tropez. It was distinctively designed to have a rich romantic Tuscan look with terracotta tiled roofing, stucco exteriors, spiral columned balconies and plenty of palm trees that sway in the gulf breeze.
