This recently completed, stately three-story Seagrove Beach home is designed for unforgettable coastal reunions. With separate guest quarters and luxurious ensuite baths on all three levels, it provides ample space for multiple families to gather in comfort. The interiors are a masterclass in chic design, blending plush furnishings with stylish decor reminiscent of Architectural Digest or Coastal Living.

Located in the eastern part of Seagrove Beach, just a short 4-minute stroll from the sugar-white sands, Cypress Sunset boasts distant Gulf views from its upper-level veranda. However, the real star is the private pool, perfect for cooling off in the Florida sun. A covered dining area, complete with a sleek modern table and clear-backed chairs, invites alfresco meals, while a gas grill makes poolside cookouts a breeze.

The property was great for large families. There was plenty of room to spread out. Living room and kitchen had plenty of space for everyone to sit and room to eat. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to Seaside Square.

A Villa Lago is a beautifully decorated home in Seagrove Beach that sits on the tranquil shores of Eastern Lake, offering a rare combination of beach, lake, and private pool access. This three-story retreat is designed for relaxation, with five spacious bedrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas to enjoy with family and friends.

While this home is only a short stroll from the beach, guests may find it hard to leave the inviting pool deck or scenic lakefront setting. A private dock provides direct access to Eastern Lake for paddleboarding, kayaking, or fishing, while a screened porch, outdoor lounge, and two grills make poolside gatherings effortless. With its ideal location and luxurious amenities, A Villa Lago provides an unforgettable coastal escape.

The house is very accommodating for 12 people. Great location in Seagrove Beach backing up to Eastern Lake and a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches. Big den/living room, great kitchen and parking for 3 cars. This was our second year at A Villa Lago, and I have reserved a week there next year.

The home’s decor takes inspiration from Vintage Mid-Century Modern design, featuring vibrant Pop Art and striking abstract prints. The state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with an entertainment bar and seating for six, makes socializing effortless. Outside, an open cabana with a dining area, cushioned seating, and a built-in gas grill sets the stage for poolside fun. The second-floor wet bar and open-air deck offer a stylish spot to enjoy a drink while overlooking the pool’s magical evening lighting. For the ultimate escape, a spiral staircase leads to a rooftop sun deck, where turquoise beanbag chairs surround a fire pit, creating the perfect spot for stargazing.

6 adults had a very nice stay at this properly. This was our 5th year coming to Seagrove. Day Dreamer is the only properly where the pool was actually warm, direct sun. There was a day of rough water and it was nice to have the option to stay and swim in the pool. It's difficult to find a place with all king beds so this was a plus. We'll be back at this properly next year. First time we've rented the same property twice.

We have been coming to this area for several years now and I am always looking for a home that will comfortably fit our family of 6 adults and 4 children. A bunk room is a must as well as comfortable bedrooms for the adults. This house was immaculate and well appointed. The pool was a bonus for the kids and screened in porch with outdoor kitchen was fabulous! We would recommend this management company and this house to all.

Everything was great at this property. Loved the location to the beach. Perfect for kids. Didn’t have to cross any busy roads. Very short walk to the beach. Loved that it was a deeded beach access so it was not busy at all. Pool was great at the house. We had it heated which was perfect as it was not real hot for the time of year we went. Highly recommend paying the extra for pool heat. Would definitely rent this house again!
