This intimate privileged, exclusively gated residential enclave in Seagrove Beach has an excellent Gulf-front location off Scenic 30A in South Walton. It was developed to create a wonderful Americana styled community that resembles a serene setting of golden yesteryears. Two and three-story vacation homes are completed in a charming Old Florida architectural style complete with gracious columned verandas out front, metal roofs, breezy balconies, spacious open living areas, along with a variety of cheerful pastel exterior colors. The sensational streetscape includes towering Palm trees, Palmettos, flowering Oleander bushes, and Loropetalums. A ramp with stairs leads down the sugary dune to the private beach nestled beside the glowing Gulf. 54 On The Shore
54 on the Shore has five bedrooms with multiple beds and sleeps 14 fortunate beachgoers. This beachfront vacation home also has a private pool with a courtyard adjoining an open living area with a wet bar, a full-sized refrigerator, seating, and a dining table. A ramp and staircase provide private access to the beautiful beach below, and you can go from poolside to Gulf side in no time at all. This place is perfect for a fun beach reunion among family and friends. There are three separate living areas, and every bedroom has access to its own full bath (four of which are en suite). The downstairs living areas off the pool courtyard include a Game Room with a handsome Billiards Table, rich hardwood floors, two dark leather couches, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The other space is the elegant primary open living area with comfortable furnishings, a dining table that seats eight, an open state of the art kitchen, and direct beach balcony access. The third living area upstairs is quite spacious. It includes two large couches, a lounge chair, a flatscreen TV, a wet bar, a game table with four seats - along with open portals that connect to a separate sunroom that provides direct access to the upper-level beach balcony that features glorious gulf views.
Periwinkle Place
Periwinkle Place is a single level carriage guest house above the garage that has two bedrooms and sleeps six. This can be rented individually in addition to the main house for big family reunions and pool use or separately for more intimate beach vacations. The open living/dining/kitchen area has French doors leading out to a private porch to enjoy the salt scented gulf breezes while planning your day. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, twin bunks, and an ensuite bath. The Guest Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and has direct access to another full bath off the hallway.
