Abacos 307 is a two-level, three-bedroom condo located in Santa Rosa Beach, right across the street from a convenient beach access. The condo can accommodate up to eight vacationers. Inside, sand-colored walls immediately put you into a beach state of mind. Cream-colored tile floors and large sliding glass doors and windows accentuate the relaxed vibe. You will love the breezy balcony, where you can enjoy coastal breezes and tropical views while sipping a refreshing drink.
The second-floor living area features a comfortable couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, a matching love seat, and an armchair. The seating ensemble surrounds a contemporary coffee table and faces a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Tile floors flow seamlessly into the connected dining area, which includes a hardwood table and six chairs. A breakfast bar and three cushioned stools separate the dining room from the open kitchen. The kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space, is well stocked, and provides a perfect place to cook up tasty vacation meals.
Sleeping quarters are located on the first level of Abacos 307. The handsome master suite boasts rich, hardwood furnishings, travertine marble floors, and elegant décor. It also has a king-size bed, sunny windows, and a private bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and they share a full hall bath. In addition to great living and sleeping space, Abacos vacationers also have access to a community pool.
There is a lot to love about this cozy condo. Many previous vacationers appreciated how comfortable the condo was. Bryan Stanton was particularly thrilled about the sleeping accommodations, saying, "The beds were my favorite. I have stayed in a lot of rentals over the years, and these are quite possibly the most comfortable I have ever been in." This is something you definitely want to hear! After all, a good night's sleep means even better vacation days. Other renters were just as happy with how comfy they felt their entire stay. In a Google review, David Beard said, "… we're thrilled with the furnishings, location, and wonderful layout. Our family of four was very comfortable staying there… The condo overlooks the popular Shunk Gully bar/restaurant, and we enjoyed opening the sliding doors in the evenings after dinner to watch the palms sway and listen to the live music." The condo is also only a few steps away from Gulf Place, a vibrant town center filled with casual restaurants, local shops, a selection of outdoor art galleries, and a grassy open-air amphitheater.
Prior vacationer Cindy Dodds was especially happy with the condo's location in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. In a review of the condo, she said, "What a perfect location!! We dined at the Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley, which are walking distance and have excellent fish tacos and grouper. The delicious smells from Pecan Jacks' ice cream shop always filled the air with sweet smells. The beach is so amazing and right across the street, so very easy." Stanton, who loved the interior, was just as excited about the condo's prominent spot. Like Dodds, he enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream. He said, "The location of this property is everything… it is a minute from the building to the public beach access. Next door to the property is Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar which has fantastic food and live music every evening. On the ground floor of the condo is a nice ice cream shop (adult-themed ice cream, too) and a nice beer spot. Half a block from the condo is YOLO bike rentals which we took advantage of to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors" Location, location, location—we can't stress the importance of this enough in a vacation rental! Fortunately, Abacos 307 checks all the boxes on that front.
