The impressive condo towers of Ariel Dunes I and Ariel Dunes II overlook the striking Gulf of Mexico and offer the ultimate in beach vacation amenities. Each building at Ariel Dunes features two large pools and a fitness center. Ariel Dunes I also houses Cabana Café, a restaurant and bar located on the ground floor. These Miramar Beach Condos, which are part of the well-known Seascape Resort, offer plenty of fun for the whole family. Take advantage of the on-site Seascape Golf Course, enjoy the tennis courts offered by Destin Tennis Club, or venture to the nearby beach for water sports. You can even kick back and indulge with a grouper sandwich at the beachfront Whale's Tale Restaurant.

Accommodations offered at Ariel Dunes II include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom vacation rentals. Each property is individually styled with modern up-to-date furniture and finishes. All of the condo rentals host at least one private balcony that overlooks the resort and the beach in the distance. In addition, our deluxe 3 bedroom condo rentals at Ariel Dunes II feature a bonus balcony overlooking the on-site golf course with the bay in the distance.

Ariel Dunes II does not include a beach tram service, but not to worry - the beach is only a 3-4 minute walk away!

Are golf carts or bike rentals on site or nearby?

Yes - both of these items may be reserved at a discounted rate through our preferred Reef Rewards vendors. Please abide by all HOA regulations and park in designated golf cart and bicycle parking locations.

Does this booking include beach service?

Free seasonal beach service is only included with select properties. If chair and umbrella service is not provided complimentary with the unit, you can easily reserve these items over the phone or directly on the sand. See you soon!

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Ariel Dunes II Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

How much is the monthly rate?

Ariel Dunes II is an incredible Miramar Beach condominium with outstanding amenities and gulf views. It is less than a four-minute walk from the extensive public beach access directly across the street.

Ariel Dunes II is near a wide variety of shops and restaurants. In fact, it is within walking distance of five restaurants alone! For shopping, you are less than a five minute car ride from Silver Sands Premium Outlets and less than ten minutes from the Destin Commons. Enjoy!
