In addition to being just steps from the shore, this quaint vacation rental destination is only moments from Eastern Lake, which is ideal for calm water adventures and angling.

Amenities at Commodore's Retreat include private deeded beach access and a refreshing community pool. In addition, guests staying in select units can enjoy seasonal complimentary beach setups including two chairs and one umbrella.

Tucked south of Scenic 30A this locale is ideal for those looking to getaway from the crowds but remain close enough to frequent all the excitement South Walton has to offer. Nearby communities include Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach and of course the heart of Seagrove Beach.

Are you allowed to set up an easy up canopy?

Smaller 6x6 tents and canopies are allowed at this location, but must be setup towards the back of the beach near the dune line. Large umbrellas can also be rented through the onsite beach service provider.

Is there anywhere you can park an extra car?

Commodore's Retreat is allotted one parking space per unit. If additional parking is needed, you can find options for overnight parking here.

Are beach set ups available to rent if they are not included with your rental?

Free seasonal beach service is typically included with most Commodore's Retreat condos. If chair and umbrella service is not provided complimentary with the unit, you can easily reserve these items over the phone or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is there an elevator?

Commodore's Retreat includes both an elevator and stairs to ensure you can travel from your room to the beach as swiftly as possible!

If your unit includes complimentary beach service, this will be provided between the months of March - October. Once you have secured your reservation, we will be happy to provide the beach services contact information for rentals outside of this time frame.

Is the pool heated?

The Commodore's Retreat community pool is not heated! If pool heat is must for your vacation, be sure to check out these properties with heated community pools.

Are pets allowed in the building?

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, Commodore's Retreat does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Are golf carts available?

Commodore's Retreat is a wonderful gulf-front low-rise condo complex in Seagrove Beach! Due to limited parking, no parking is allowed for watercrafts, trailers, golf carts, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversized vehicles on the premises.
