Grayton Place
Just west of the world-famous Red Bar, less than a block from the beach and at the very heart of Grayton, you'll find the quaint, townhouse-style beach bungalows of Grayton Place. Each rental sits high above a first level carport and is entered via a staircase with a thoughtful resting spot at the half waypoint.
The second-floor entrance way opens onto the stairs leading to the third floor. There are two beachy bedrooms on this level, one features a cool balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The third level hosts a large open floor plan comprising the living room, porch, and in some rentals, even a glimpse of the beach. Outback there is a private space, perfect for your beach BBQ.
Home to The Grayt Wall of Art, Grayton Place fits prominently into the future and past of Grayton Beach. It was here that the sign that read "Grayton Beach Nice Dogs, Friendly Folks" was painted by Jerry Cloutier (also the home's original owner). From this humble beginning, the art wall now covers two additional locations in town and is the focal point for the unofficial arts district of Grayton Beach.
Equidistant from the front door of the Red Bar, the beach, and the lake boat ramp, Grayton Place is the perfect perch from which to experience all that this much-loved community has to Offer!
