Mainsail is an acclaimed beachfront vacation destination. This resort is tucked away off Scenic Gulf Drive in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach close to popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, family amusements at Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets. However you may have a hard time tearing yourself away from this wonderful world that spans over 15 acres of tropically embellished grounds beside the beautiful beach. This gated vacation destination includes two luxurious towers that soar above the sugary white sand.

Abundant amenities are available at Mainsail including two sparkling swimming pools. The South Pool Pavilion is centered between the two towers across from the beach. It features an expansive palm studded sun deck, a large pool, a big bubbling hot tub and a kid's wading pool. There is also a colorful kid friendly playground nearby with a mini waterfall. A boardwalk takes you across the grounds to the shimmering crystal white beach. Another pool is located across an expanse of lush lawn on the north side of the resort. There are two cook out stations so you may enjoy "chilling while grilling" with your family and friends. Mainsail also has a fitness center that overlooks the pool, four tennis courts, a basketball court and shuffleboard all lighted for night play.

If "Free Seasonal Beach Service" is highlighted under the condo's Amenities tab, this means the unit includes complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella typically provided from March through October (unless otherwise stated).

Is there handicap access to the beach?

The beach boardwalk at Mainsail does not include an ADA accessible ramp to the shore. If you need assistance locating a wheelchair-friendly beach access please give us a call. We'd love to help!

Are both community pools heated through April?

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.

Are pets allowed at this condo?

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, Mainsail does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Does this come with beach access?

Of course! Most units at Mainsail include one complimentary beach setup on a seasonal basis. If additional setups are required, we will happily provide you with the beach services contact information once you have secured your reservation.
