Sable Pointe West

Sable Pointe is a beautiful vacation rental complex that is positioned just off the "crown jewel" of Seacrest Beach - the enormous 12,000 square foot swimming pool! This pool is one of the largest in the entire Florida Panhandle and provides an opulent sparkling setting. It has several interconnected individual pools adorned with a big fountain in one of them, all totaling 378,000 gallons. During the heat of the summer, children and the young at heart frolic underneath the refreshing spray that mists down from the fountain into the pool. The pools are on multiple levels, with waterfall spillways at each end that flow down into the main pool. They feature separate kid and adult areas along with two designated lap pools available for avid swimmers.

This precious paradise is surrounded by gardens, picnic pavilions, BBQ grill areas, bathroom facilities, and expansive lounge spaces to soak up the Florida sun. A grassy lawn amphitheater is located on the north end, where it stages occasional concerts throughout the year. The grassy lawn is also an ideal space for a picnic with the family, a game of cornhole, or frisbee throwing. Another great way to explore Seacrest Beach is by walking the 1.3 miles of scenic shaded trails that wind through the community.

Sable Pointe offers a grand view of the majestic pools and amphitheater. If you ever desire to leave the pool, jump on the seasonal tram, and head to the beach. The beach tram has stops throughout the entire community, and one stop is conveniently located right outside. Find your nearest tram stop and call for a pickup, and the tram will arrive shortly. The private beach access entrance is across Scenic Highway 30A, through the Sunset Beach community. The sugary white sand beaches in Seacrest Beach boasts South Walton's tallest sand dunes.

This great 30A location is very close to restaurants, bars, and many shopping destinations. Many of them are nearby in the enchanting Village of Rosemary Beach, which also features fun festivals throughout the year. Alys Beach is also an excellent option for an inspiring bike ride - known for its stunning architecture and fantastic restaurants and shopping.
