Answer:

Ocean Reef Resorts' customary policy is no reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five. However, we understand extenuating circumstances may apply, please contact one of our reservationists for specific information.

Is there tv's in both bedrooms?

Yes - TVs are provided in the bedrooms and all common areas within the condo. We wouldn't want you to miss that episode of your favorite show!

Can I bring my own beach chairs and umbrellas?

Answer:

Personal beach umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not permitted. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs are allowed but must be set up behind the beach service equipment.
