A latte toned leather couch and two love seats, all with sleeper sofas, provide a warm, comfortable seating ensemble that faces a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Five chrome-based stylish Vintage Modern raised chairs with dark ebony seating are alongside a wide granite-topped bar where favorite drinks and savory snacks may be easily served. The fabulous kitchen has creamy white custom cabinetry and modern appliances that may inspire the creation of culinary delights. A dining table in a sunny nook has six stylish high backed chairs and a unique bench for seating. Guest quarters on the second floor include the primary Master Bedroom for parents with a little one since it has a comfortable king sized bed, a baby crib in an adjoining large walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bath. A lovely Guest Bedroom also features a comfortable king-sized bed and a full en suite bath. A great Bunk Room is perfect for kids with two sets of twin bunks with one twin trundle. All the bedrooms include TVs for night time viewing pleasure.

This location on Scenic Gulf Drive not only places you a short stroll away from the sugary shoreline but is just steps away from the sparkling La Terraza swimming pool. It features bathroom facilities, showers, and a spacious patio studded with tropical palms. There are plenty of chairs to enjoy leisurely lounging under the golden sun before and after a dip in the pool.

This amazingly convenient Miramar Beach location is close to popular gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars that dot the coast here. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates for golf, tennis and beach recreation rentals nearby at Seascape. Grocery stores and bargain shopping at one of the nation’s largest discount designer centers famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are very close by. A wide array of restaurants, rollicking bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals with fireworks and free concerts are also minutes away at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf along with swank Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
