Emerald Waters is a mid-rise Mediterranean styled enclave that is conveniently located on the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Holiday Road, bordering the Frangista Beach community in Miramar Beach. It sits across from the glittering emerald-hued waters of the gulf, so you could say it's aptly named. Emerald Waters 201 is a three bedroom vacation rental with three full bathrooms and is quite spacious as it features the largest floor plan available. The breezy balcony looks down onto lushly landscaped scenery dotted with palm trees, magnolias, and other tropical plants. A vista of the gorgeous glistening gulf can be seen in the distance, and the beach access is just a few steps away. At the other end of the recreation area, you can see the sparkling lagoon-shaped swimming pool surrounded by a spacious patio for sunning. There is also a simmering Hot Tub for soothing relaxation.

The main open living area in Emerald Waters 201 has a plush milky latte-toned wraparound couch that sits beside two sets of sunny windows and faces a TV. Across the room, a dining table has five cream-colored wood slat-backed chairs where you may enjoy some savory seafood. The open kitchen nearby has a decorative counter bar with a couple of stools where snacks, favorite drinks, wine, and cold beverages may be easily served.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bath en suite with a tub shower combo along with double vanity sinks. One of the Guest Bedrooms also has its own private bath and a comfortable colorful nautically attired king size bed. Another Guest Bedroom provides a perfect place for the kids with a pair of twin bunks. This room has access to another full hall bath that also serves as a convenient powder room. All three of the bedrooms have wall mounted TVs.

Emerald Waters has a fantastic location halfway between a favorite gulf front restaurant called Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, which are just a short distance away. You can take a nice stroll right down the beach to either one of them just for the fun of it. Each restaurant also has a friendly beach bar with appetizers, cold beers, and frozen tropical concoctions. If you are in the mood for golf or tennis, Ocean Reef Resorts guests get reduced rates at nearby Seascape. World-class discount shopping is minutes away at Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet. Upscale retail shops are located close by at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin’s Town Center which features fine restaurants, galleries and a state of the art movie theater with stadium seating. Another destination for family frolic may be had at the Disneyesque version of the New Orleans French Quarter called the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
