Frangista Costas

This spacious wonderfully hospitable vacation home has five bedrooms and is located just 100 yards away from the white sand shore of Frangista Beach. Frangista Costas offers modern deluxe accommodations that graciously encompass over 3,000 square feet making it well suited for a special friend or family reunion. Since there are multiple bunk beds along with sleeper sofas and trundle beds this vacation rental offers the ability to house up to 21 happy guests. The home is decorated in a chic comfortable colorful style with luxurious amenities including flatscreen TVs in almost every room.

The first floor of Frangista Costas includes a spacious open area with travertine marble floors accented with a massive wraparound sofa that face a flatscreen TV. Across the room is a chocolate hardwood table with eight chairs that sit beneath an elegant vintage chandelier. The open epicurean kitchen nearby has modern stainless steel appliances encased within creamy cabinetry and accented by granite countertops. This includes a convenient side bar with raised seats, ideal for serving up seafood appetizers. There are two guest bedrooms on this first floor with honey toned hardwood floors, one of which has a full bathroom en suite. A full hall bathroom serves the other bedroom and doubles as a powder room. Just out back is a sun patio and a private swimming pool. Patio tables and a grill allow you to enjoy a BBQ poolside.

Upstairs on the second level are two spacious Master Suites each of which has a full private bathroom as well as a breezy balcony. The third floor is perfect for the kids and there is even room for a nanny. Bedding includes a full/twin bunk with a twin trundle and a queen bed. This bonus room also has a sitting area with a flatscreen TV, a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave oven as well as a small dining table with four seats. Double glass doors lead out to a balcony with seating and views down the palm lined street that leads to the beach.

This location off Scenic Gulf Drive places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, lively fun bars, grocery stores, wine bistros as well as discount shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at nearby Sandestin offer a wide array of restaurants, retail boutiques, a new movie theater, and fun seasonal festivals.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle + Walk-In Shower and Soaking + Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Loft Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full/Twin Bunk + Twin Trundle, Twin Bed, Wet Bar, and Balcony Access.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
