Frangista Beach has a lushly landscaped private oasis that is centrally located and features a sparkling pool in a secluded area with an intimate patio decorated by columned arbors. It includes full bathroom facilities with showers.

This contemporary rental home provides its guests with ample space. On the ground floor you will find a queen size bed, wet bar, and a widescreen wall mounted TV. A triple panel of glass doors leads to the beachfront balcony that has a “Martini Pool” to soak in for refreshment. The second bedroom on this level is an ideal spot for the kids with two double/twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a convenient full bath on this level for use after the beach.

The second floor encompasses the main living area with wonderful open space for family entertainment, dining and a Gourmet Kitchen. This handsome room is both elegant and comfortable with a light cocoa colored couch, two designer armchairs and another flat screen TV. A wall of windows provides views of the glistening gulf and leads to a breezy balcony with table seating for enjoying favorite drinks along with savory seafood snacks. A formal dining table inside seats six for a fun family feast and two raised bar chairs face the open kitchen. A scroll sided bar has a black granite countertop that accents the custom cabinetry and gleaming stainless steel appliances.

A lovely Guest Bedroom on this floor with access to a full luxury hall bath has twin beds and is decorated in pleasing pastel colors. The gorgeous gulf front Master Bedroom upstairs has a luxurious bath en suite and a romantic breezy beachfront balcony. This elegantly appointed stylish room has rich chocolate colored hardwood flooring, a classically paneled dark blue wall that frames the sensational gulf scenery and a flat-screen TV. The cheerful bright Guest Bedroom on this floor has luxury bath en-suite and comfortable white furnishings.

This Frangista Beach home has a fantastic location near popular beachfront restaurants like Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, which are within walking distance down the beach. Discount shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are conveniently close by. Restaurants, specialty boutiques, lively bars, free concerts and family fun may be found nearby at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
