This eighth-floor position provides stunning panoramic views of the jewel-toned Gulf waters from the open living area and balcony. It is a special southwest corner unit, so the Master Suite features two window views of the gorgeous Gulf, and the Guest Bedroom also includes a sunny window.

The open living area of Leeward Key 802 has an entire wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the viewing balcony. It provides box seats that offer vivid views of the gleaming Gulf, the private pavilion with shore access across the street, and a beachfront swimming pool. Adirondack chairs with tables beckon you to experience the views while enjoying favorite drinks and tasty treats. The living area has a light dove gray-colored couch and love seat beside a beach styled hardwood cocktail table. They face a large flatscreen TV mounted on an elegantly carved hardwood side table near a colorful armchair. The dining area includes a wooden table, and six regal sway backed chairs with comfortable cushioned seats. Light parchment colored tile flooring throughout, along with a wall of floor to ceiling mirrors, accentuates a spacious look. The open kitchen nearby features four round white cushioned stools beside a mottled granite-topped counter bar for enjoyable wining and dining.

The Master Bedroom has tropically inspired furnishings with a comfortable king-sized bed, a dresser with a flatscreen TV, and two lovely armchairs in a sunny sitting area near the corner windows. The adjoining private bath has double vanities and a tub shower combination. The sunny Guest Bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a flatscreen TV with access to a full hall bath.

Leeward Key amenities include two swimming pools, with one beachfront, right on a sugary dune that provides views of the glowing Gulf extending into the southern horizon. Another nice pool on the grounds is adorned with palm trees and tropical landscaping. The beachside pool patio provides sunny relaxation with vivid views, soothing surf sounds, and you may go from taking a pool plunge to luxuriating in the glittering Gulf in no time. Leeward Key features a formal lobby, a fitness room on-site, and an outdoor grilling area.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is minutes away from popular Gulf-front restaurants with beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. The original Captain Dave's Seafood Restaurant and Cajun-inspired Kenny D's Bar & Grill are only a stone's throw away. A championship golf course and professional tennis club are nearby at the Seascape Resort, which is open for public play. It is also conveniently close to grocery stores, wine shops, and one of America's largest designer discount centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
