This bright, beautiful two-bedroom vacation rental residence is located in the Majestic Sun, an iconic masterpiece of design on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. It looks like a giant sandcastle and rises up across from a palm-lined promenade beside 2,000 linear feet of shimmering white shoreline. A soaring arch goes right through the center of two interconnected luxury towers on top.

Majestic Sun 310B accommodates up to eight happy beach-going guests using multiple beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. As soon as you enter the open living area, you view the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and white ribbon of beach due to this third-floor location. A wall of sliding glass doors out to a furnished beachside balcony beckons you to enjoy the views firsthand while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf. The living area is beautifully appointed with artwork that includes scenes of waves rolling in upon a beach. White tile flooring throughout accentuates a spacious look, while a dove gray colored couch is flanked by three comfortable lounge chairs and wooden side table. This seating ensemble faces the outdoor views, and a large flatscreen TV mounted above a white credenza for entertainment. A round pedestal-based table sits beneath a glowing sconce chandelier with four hardwood chairs and four blue cushioned seats for charmed dining. Four saddle-topped stools nearby face a light quartz-topped bar beside the ample kitchen where drinks and appetizers may be easily served.

The Primary Suite has a king-sized bed next to a wide lake view window, a handsome hardwood dresser, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a full private bath. The bright, nautically styled Guest Bedroom with a sunny window and two full beds is served by a full hall bath.

Amenities abound here at this awesome beach resort, including a sun patio, a swimming pool, and bubbling hot tubs that overlook the jewel-toned gulf. Beneath the Majestic Sun's towering arch is another large swimming pool with a cathedral ceiling and an entire wall of glass that overlooks the sparkling seascape outdoors. It is acclimatized for comfortable use during chilly or inclement weather. A fitness center conveniently sits beside it, which also features a wall of windows overlooking the outdoor pool and gleaming gulf. Seascape has a championship golf course on the grounds nearby, a professional tennis club, and fun beach recreation rentals on the gulf. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates there for all of them.

This fabulous centralized location in Miramar Beach is very close to popular gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, wine shops, and one of the nation's largest designer discount centers, famously known as Silver Sands Premium Outlets. This outlet is a favorite destination among bargain shoppers since it offers substantial discounts on a wide array of world-class designer goods. It is also minutes away from many restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, outdoor concerts, and fun festivals located at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
