In this case Remember When will evoke warm wonderful memories of this gracious home of the same name that you shared with family and close friends in Destin’s Crystal Beach. Here the charming setting is reminiscent of summer's golden years complete with wide open covered balconies (1,000+ sq. ft. total), white picket fences and a regal row of palm trees gently swaying in the wind. If the exteriors weren't enough, once you get inside you will experience the “Wow Factor.”

The gleaming travertine marble floors compliment a Great Room that has high ceilings, curved sunny windows and a row of decorative arching columns that grace the main living area that adjoins the large open Gourmet Kitchen. A granite counter top serves as a bar which is perfect for serving drinks and tasty appetizers with double arched openings that open into a formal dining room. Here under a vintage chandelier you will find a long hardwood table with seating for eight that matches the custom cabinetry in the state of the arts kitchen. Nearby in a cozy turreted alcove is another lovely seating area. The main living area has two linen couches with two stylish armchairs. This ensemble faces an arched columned wall that is centered on a wide flat screen TV for evening viewing or that “must see” college game. Multiple glass doors with crescent shaped atrium crowns lead out onto the extra wide covered balcony where you may enjoy the gulf breezes. A half bath on the first floor is convenient to a tiled patio with outdoor furniture for lounging around an elegantly cornered swimming pool. There is also a community pool within easy walking distance that serves as a lushly landscaped oasis for the neighborhood. 

Upstairs at Remember When you will find three spacious Suites each with access to its own luxuriously bathroom. The main Master Suite with a king sized bed and an additional Guest Suite with a king and two twin sized beds have access to the covered balcony with views of the gorgeous gulf in the distance. The third suite has a king and two twin beds with one twin trundle and a private bath as well. All three bedroom suites are elegantly appointed with comfortable upscale furnishings and include flat screen TVs. 

The third level offers a king bedroom with two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a wall of cushioned window seats that face the deep third floor balcony that has wonderful views of the glistening gulf. Also on this floor you will find a full bathroom and a loft with a twin sized bed.  

Remember When’s awesome location in Crystal Beach is minutes away from Destin Commons, Paradise Key Shopping, City Market and even Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet. A fourteen screen AMC Theater Complex is located at Destin Commons complete with state of the art sound systems and comfortable stadium seating. Many nationally known restaurants abound here as well including The Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish, LongHorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden just to name a few. Four popular locally owned restaurants are right on Scenic Gulf Drive itself overlooking the jewel toned waters. These include The Crab Trap, Camille's, 790 on the Gulf and the Beachwalk Cafe.

First Floor: Living Room with Twin Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining Area, Half Bath, Pool Deck with Outdoor Seating.

Second Floor: King Master Suite with Full Bath and Balcony, King + 2 Twin Bedroom with Full Bath and Balcony, King + 2 Twin Bedroom with 1 Twin Trundle and Full Bath.

Third Floor: King + 2 Twin Bedroom with Full Bath, Loft with Twin Bed, Balcony.

Apartment: Game Room with 2 Queen/Queen Bunks + Twin Bed, Day Bed with Twin Trundle.

*Add $35.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed) 

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving.
