The living area is appointed with upscale contemporary furnishings including a dove gray couch with two matching accent chairs. A wall of windows spans across this room and brings in light and adjacent sliding glass doors lead out to a large screened porch to catch the breeze. This porch has multiple sitting areas and a table with six chairs that invite you to enjoy drinks or dining al fresco. The formal dining area indoors includes eight colonial styled ladder-backed chairs beside a long rectangular hardwood table. Nearby, the kitchen includes walls of slate gray contemporarily styled custom cabinetry, mottled gray granite countertops and matching backsplashes - everything you need to create a savory seafood feast.

A Master Bedroom with a king sized bed and a Guest Bedroom with two queen sized beds are also located on this second-floor level. Each one has a comfortable cottage style and access to individual full baths. Another spacious living area is located above the Great Room which looks dramatically down upon the space below. This loft space has lots of windows for a bright light look, a comfortable couch with two accent armchairs, a mantle and a 60” TV for entertainment.

This great Gulf Trace location is just minutes away from wonderful restaurants, lively beach bars, galleries, specialty shops, outdoor musical concerts and fun festivals year-round at Grayton Beach,  Seaside, as well as other picturesque coastal villages along Scenic 30A.
