Your family and friends will be doing more than just “happy talk” while residing in this wonderful South Walton vacation home - you’ll be doing the happy walk as well!  This six bedroom beachfront compound sits high upon a dune in Seagrove Beach and can accommodate up to 16 fortunate guests. This spacious, colorfully decorated, gracious home features comfortable furnishings and real Floridian style. The unique décor includes murals of mermaids, whimsical beach touches, shells, sea life sculptures and paintings with nautical themes.

Happy Talk was designed for entertaining large groups with separate living areas, two kitchens, individual guest quarters and creature comforts like Surround Sound Music Systems on three different levels. The first floor includes two charming Guest Bedrooms with queen-sized beds and private en-suite baths. A nice sized Galley Kitchen includes a bar with four raised decorative metal chairs next to a sitting area with glass doors out to a private pool courtyard!  This lovely setting has a 26 x 14’ pool with a hot tub beside a brick patio that is beautifully landscaped with tropical palms and live oaks.

A spiral staircase leads up to a second floor covered columned porch that looks down upon this lovely scenery below as well as the bright white beach in the distance. A stairway can take you from poolside to gulf front on your own private beach in no time. The second level porch is accessed from the Great Room and features comfortably furnished sitting areas on both sides with a large dining room behind them. The connected open Gourmet Kitchen includes gleaming stainless steel appliances and a richly veined marble-topped bar with three raised dark-toned leather seats.  Another handsome Guest Bedroom is on this level with a king sized bed and en-suite bath.

The third floor upstairs includes two more Guest Bedrooms and a spacious Master Suite.  The Guest Bedrooms include colorful whimsically attired quarters with a queen sized bed in one and nautically themed kid’s quarters with two double beds and twin bunks in the other. They share a full interconnected bath. The spacious Master Bedroom has four posted safari styled king sized bed, a private observation beachfront balcony overlooking the glorious gulf, an elegant dressing area alcove and a luxurious en-suite bath that features double vanities, a large tub, and a separate walk-in shower.  

This prime Seagrove Beach location is close to popular South Walton restaurants including the highly acclaimed award-winning Café 30A, which attracts lots of gourmands and even a few celebrities. Seagrove Beach is also the halfway point on Scenic 30A in between lovely Santa Rosa Beach at one end and the enchanting Dutch Indies inspired village of Rosemary Beach at the other. This conveniently centered locale is perfect for adventures to other picture perfect coastal villages very close by like the original iconic Seaside, beautiful Watercolor and Bohemian-like Grayton Beach. These delightful beach communities are a lot of fun to explore with art galleries, specialty boutiques, restaurants, friendly beach bars and delightful seasonal festivals with free musical concerts.
